Teaching Artist and Richmond Peace Teams Director of Curriculum- Brandon Lovee presents "Black Mothers, Black Rules" at RPEC's Generation Dream Concert WITH THE AMAZING Jackson Ward Youth Peace Team. This poems speaks on police brutality, and the everyday struggle of growing up in a world where the only weapon you need is your black skin.
