Virginia Beach has arguably been at the forefront of today's musical culture. From the genre bending influence of The Neptunes to the groundbreaking artistry of Timbaland, Virginia Beach has pushed the envelope in music and sound. There's no wonder Intalek (pron. "Intellect"), a native of Virginia Beach, continues to push that influence through his approach in hip hop and rap. Since 2006, Intalek has dawned an impressive resume, performing on both college and national venues coast to coast, gaining opening sets for the likes of Wu Tang Clan, Busta Rhymes, KRS-One, Rapsody, Mos Def and more. After dropping his last EP titled The Chase in 2018, Intalek has gone through a rebranding, both personally and sonically, while continuing to promote his Aspire To Inspire Music Group label and artists with great hip hop music and professional musicianship, hoping to gain the ears of the world.

- Intalek's first major release was Lives And Vibes, an album created back in 2009 with Canadian producer Ritchcraft through German-based hip hop label Jakarta Records

- Intalek is also the head of his own label, Aspire To Inspire Music Group, boasting signees like Lew Sid, rapper/ songwriter Will Jung, and the ever growing hip hop collective ATI

- Intalek has performed as an opening act for major artists like Wu Tang Clan, KRS One, Mos Def, Rick Ross, Rapsody, Busta Rhymes, and Mobb Deep, as well as various festivals, including the new upstart Something In The Water in Virginia Beach
